Pricing

One price per business.
Everyone included.

Most systems charge for every person you put on. Flow doesn’t. Here is exactly how it is priced — and, further down, an honest explanation of why the number isn’t on this page yet.

The model, in six rules

This is the whole of it. There is no second page of conditions.

01

One price for the business

Not a price per person. Adding an apprentice does not change what you pay, and neither does the office.

02

Everyone is on it

Office, apprentices, the whole team. There is no viewer seat, no admin seat, and no reason to share a login.

03

The AI is not a tier

Motion is the intelligence inside Flow, not a product beside it. There is no version without it and nothing to upgrade to.

04

Nothing on the feature list is extra

Quotes, jobs, scheduling, site visits, stock, timesheets, invoicing, compliance, documents. All of it, at the one price.

05

Sized by people on the tools

Sizing counts the people actually on the tools. Your office or admin person is included and does not change what you pay.

06

Founding clients keep their price

The early cohort is on locked-in pricing in exchange for being early, giving feedback, and being a reference once they are live.

Why it isn’t priced per person

Per-seat pricing quietly punishes the thing you want to happen. It makes putting the new apprentice on the system a cost decision, so the apprentice ends up outside it — on texts and paper — and the system stops being a true picture of the business.

Flow is priced per business so that the answer to “should we put them on it?” is always yes. That is also why there is no AI tier: an intelligence layer that only some of your people are on would be worth less than one everybody is on.

The number

Why there is no price on this page

The model is settled: one product, one price per business, everyone included, the intelligence built in, no AI tier. The commercial number is not, and publishing a figure we might have to change would be worth less to you than this sentence.

We would rather tell you the number on a call, against your actual team size, than post one and revise it. You will hear it in the first twenty minutes, without having to ask twice, and it will be the same number for every business your size.

There is also no instant signup, and that is not a growth tactic either: your data stays isolated and access-controlled, and someone sets your environment up with you.

What one price actually covers

Not a feature list — a feature list tells an owner nothing about their own week. Six outcomes, each answering “and then what happens”. Nothing below is an add-on and nothing is a tier.

Win the work

From the first message to a signed quote, without anything being retyped.

  • A public enquiry form that captures photos
  • Branded quotes with kits and favourites
  • Follow-ups drafted on quotes that go quiet
  • Customers, history and past jobs in one place

Plan the week

Who is doing what, and whether the week can actually hold it.

  • A visual pipeline from lead to invoiced
  • Scheduling with business hours and team assignment
  • Hours booked measured against the team you have
  • Confirmations drafted for upcoming visits

Run the job on site

Built for a phone in a wet hand, not a desktop app made small.

  • PIN sign-in and an on-site timer
  • Evidence — photos, files, checklists and sign-off
  • Van stock, transfers and low-stock flags
  • Talk through the visit and have it written up

Get paid

The part most businesses do last, done as the work happens.

  • Invoices built from real time and materials
  • Pushed to Xero
  • Overdue reminders drafted per debtor
  • Purchase orders and supplier invoices in the same place

Keep the paperwork straight

The evidence a job needs, attached to the job that needs it.

  • Gas, electrical and other trade certificates
  • Evidence rules that change by trade and job type
  • Job files, photos and documents, searchable
  • Supplier bills read into line items

Know where you stand

Not a chart to interpret. The few things worth your attention today.

  • A brief before the day starts
  • Jobs overrunning, stalled or unbooked
  • Quotes worth chasing and customers gone quiet
  • What Flow has done on your behalf, written down

If your operation needs more than the software itself, that is a separate conversation and separate work. How Flow implementation works →
